ACCU EMEA, a member of the worldwide AccuService Group, provides Quality Control Services, Rework and Assembly, and Warehousing and Logistics in the automotive, e-mobility, battery, electronics, renewable, 3PL, or aerospace industry.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development/ Sales Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. This is an important role within ACCU Technical Solution GmbH, which is part of the international ACCU Group.
Duties and responsibilities:
- General leading business development in Germany
- Analyze, plan and develop business projects (3PL/Quality Control Service/Logistics projects) and ensure their successful execution by the operation team until the full completion including AR collection and review with customers
- Research and identify new business opportunities, and increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue, all to support helping the organization maximize its profit
- Setting business strategies and practices
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Build an effective relationship with clients, including solving complaints and continuously enhancement of clients´ satisfaction
- Conduct and successfully complete contract negotiations prepared individually to the customer´s needs
- Share customer impulses/needs and discuss appropriate implementation options
- Preparation of calculations, offers, and sales presentations
- Continuous observation of the competition and monitoring of new trends in the field of our business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master‘s degree in business or technical field could be an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in BD/sales
- Fluent German and Advanced English (C1)
- Success in the sales cycle from plan to close
- Dynamic, active personality with outstanding negotiation and communication skills and business thinking
- Representation and customer-focus
- Advanced Computer skills
- Experience/ Knowledge/ Contacts in Quality, 3PL, and Logistics services in the automotive or Tier 1 industry is welcomed
- Knowledge of Quality, 3PL, and Logistics services in the automotive or Tier 1 industry is a big advantage
- Category B driving license and travel willingness
